If your order arrives and itâs just not the right fit, or what you were expecting... no worries! Youâve got 14 days from the day it lands on your doorstep to send it back, as long as itâs in its original condition: tags on, unworn, and ready to take on another swell. Once we receive your return, youâre covered by our 30-day money back guarantee.
Return Shipping
Weâre happy to take it back, but the return shipping label will be on you. (We recommend using a trackable service so your gear doesnât get lost at sea.)

If we accidentally sent you the wrong item or size, just drop us a quick request. Weâll get the correct product out to you free of charge, no questions, no hassle.
This request must be made within 7 days of delivery of the product. After 7 days we are not responsible to exchange the product.
Wrong Address?
If a delivery address is entered wrong, we likely wont be able to change it. If the order was delivered to a wrong address because of customer error, we will likely, but not always, receive the package back from the delivery carrier, In this case, if your order gets returned to us, weâll do our best to redeliver it. Just note that extra shipping costs to the customer may apply. If we do not receive it back, we are not responsible for replacement of the product.
Unaccepted Returns
At this point in time, we are only able to accept returns from within the USA sorry, international crew!
We also cannot accept returns on clearance or promo gear, All sales are final on promotional or clearance items. Once you score a killer deal, itâs yours to keep.
